            2 Indian Head Road Commack, NY 11725

From the west: Take Northern State PKWY East to Sunken Meadow PKWY exit North.
            Just past the Jericho Tpke exits, you will exit at SM3A to Indian Head Road.
            Make a left at light onto Indian Head Road. Christ the King is 1/8 mile on the left.

From the east: Take LIE West to exit 53 Sunken Meadow PKWY exit North.
            Just past the Jericho Tpke exits, you will exit at SM3A to Indian Head Road.
            Make a left at light onto Indian Head Road. Christ the King is 1/8 mile on the left.


            Burr Intermediate
          Burr Road Commack, NY 11725

Take L.I.E. EASTBOUND TO EXIT 52, WESTBOUND TO EXIT 53. From Northern State Pkwy - EXIT 43, Turn left
            onto Vanderbilt Pkwy and left onto Commack Rd. North on Commack Road, which becomes Townline Road
            after crossing over Jericho Tpke. The third light is Burr Road. Make a left onto Burr Road.
            Burr Intermediate is 1/2 mile on the left.
           

Cedar Road School
          Cedar Road Commack, NY 11725

CEDAR RD SCHOOL - L.I.E. EASTBOUND TO EXIT 52, WESTBOUND TO EXIT 53. North on Commack Road,
            which becomes Townline Road after crossing over Jericho Tpke. Continue North on Townline Rd to
            Cedar Rd. Turn Left on Cedar Rd to school on left. (approx 1/2 mile).

Sawmill Intermediate
          New Highway Commack, NY 11725

Take L.I.E. EASTBOUND TO EXIT 52, WESTBOUND TO EXIT 53. North on Commack Road. Continue NORTH
            on Commack Rd.   Turn RIGHT onto New Highway.  The school is on the left.

WOOD PARK SCHOOL
          
            FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO SAWMILL - SCHOOL IS EAST OF SAWMILL ON LEFT.

OLD FARMS
            Calvert Avenue Commack, NY 11725

North  on Commack Rd. Turn left on Jericho Tnpk (west) Turn left just before Home Depot onto Calvert Avenue
            to the end straight ahead to the building.

Commack Middle School
          Vanderbilt Pkwy Commack, NY 11725

L.I.E. EASTBOUND TO EXIT 52, WESTBOUND TO EXIT 53. North on Commack Rd to Vanderbilt Pkwy.
           West on Vanderbilt Pkwy to school on left. FROM NORTHERN STATE PKWY - EXIT 43 (You will exit onto
           Vanderbilt Pkwy). Make a RIGHT turn onto Vanderbilt Pkwy to school on the left.

Indian Hollow
         Kings Park Road Commack, NY 11725

Jericho Tnpk. to Kings Park Rd.  North on Kings Park Rd. School is on the right.

North Ridge
          Townline Road Commack, NY 11725

 L.I.E. EASTBOUND TO EXIT 52, WESTBOUND TO EXIT 53. North on Commack Road,
            which becomes Townline Road after crossing over Jericho Tpke. Continue North on Townline Rd. School is
            approx.  1/4 mile past Cedar Road on the right.
        

Soccer Fields

UCP SMITH’S LANE SCHOOL -    Christ the King Home Field
 
From points West:
Long Island Expressway East to Exit 52 "Commack Rd." At traffic light make a Left turn onto Commack Rd. heading North.
(Commack Rd. is also known as County Road 4. However, there are no signs on any corner indicating it is Commack Rd.)

From points East:
Long Island Expressway West to Exit 53 "Commack Rd." Make Right turn onto Commack Rd. heading North
Stay on Commack Rd. heading North. Make a right turn onto Jericho Turnpike (Rte. 25) and bear to the left at the fork .
Continue on Jericho and make a Right turn onto Walter Ct. (Walter Ct. is the first right after the Spare Rib restaurant).
Take Walter Ct and make a quick Right onto Azealia Ct. into the school complex (The Children’s Center at UCP).

Sunken Meadow Parkway going North to Exit SM 3 Jericho Turnpike East off exit follow Jericho east and make a Right turn onto
Walter Ct. (Walter Ct. is the first right after the Spare Rib restaurant). Take Walter Ct and make a quick Right onto Azealia Ct. into
