2009 -2010 Registration
Late registration fee is $25

Any further applications for the CTK CYO 09-10 season must be submitted on-line.
We will not be accepting any paper applications. Registrations will be accepted based on space availability. We are currently accepting applications for all our programs and grade levels. If anyone is planning to try out for our Travel Basketball program they must be registered at least 48 hours prior to the date of the try out. If you have not registered you will not be allowed to try out. There will be no exceptions.

Girl's travel and Boy's Tyro tryouts will be held very soon. Boys travel tryouts for grades 4 - 8 will be held mid October. Please do not call the rectory with questions. Go to the contacts page and send an email to the appropriate contact.

Please note that Registration and Health Waiver must be completed, signed and submitted with a check in the appropriate amount (see table above) to CTK CYO at the in-person registration. Mail-in registrations can not be accepted.
